What we collect

Account email, a protected password hash, verification status, terms acceptance version, purchase status and payment reference identifiers. Our payment provider processes card details; this application does not receive or store card numbers.

Triage and local inventories

Selected triage answers are transmitted for processing. The application does not save triage answers or results. ChatGPT and hosting providers may process information under their own policies. The desktop diagnostic workflow processes inventory on your computer; do not send inventories or credentials through the public triage.

Purposes and recipients

Account access, email verification, password recovery, purchase fulfillment and abuse prevention. Hosting, transactional email and payment providers process data needed for those services. Provider identities, processing locations and applicable transfer arrangements must be documented before launch.

Retention and control

Account data remains while your account is active. You can export your account information and request closure. Unpurchased accounts can be deleted using account controls. Financial retention periods and backup deletion schedules must be completed before launch. Triage responses are not added to marketing profiles. We do not enroll you in marketing email through registration.

Cookies

Essential session and request-protection cookies are used for authentication and security. No advertising or analytics cookies are included in this release.

Your requests

Contact the operator to request access, correction or deletion and to exercise applicable rights. Never send passwords or recovery keys.
